Each online program at UIS has a Program Coordinator:
- pre-enrollment advising & recruitment
- post-enrollment counseling & registration, tracking of student progress
- interface between the online students and the departmental faculty
- very hands-on – lots of “hand holding”
- salary paid through online course fee
